At the same time, I was a mom of three, completely drained by chronic fatigue that made my body feel heavy, my mind foggy, and my heart disconnected from the life I loved.
No matter what I tried—more sleep, more exercise, more supplements—nothing helped. And every time I asked for help, I was told it was just “normal mom exhaustion.”
But deep down, I knew something more was going on.
And for a while, I felt broken, unseen, and hopeless.
