Cathy was in trouble. She had extreme fatigue. She had to drag herself out of bed in the mornings to go to work. She used everything she had at work and trudged home so she could take a nap. She just had no desire to spend time doing anything but resting. It was especially painful because she felt like life was slipping away. Cathy’s lack of energy was also impacting her relationships. She was missing out on those precious moments with her husband, step kids and friends because she just couldn’t find the joy to be present for them.
